Hi everyone! 
Like i said on instagram today im bringing you a few of my fave smoothie recipes.
a few weeks ago i noticed that i was gaining some weight.. so i decided that is time to get fit and star a healthy life and smoothies are a good way to keep me full troughout the day so let´s get started.


1.Energy smoothie
  • 1 banana
  • t tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ cup low fat plainyougurt
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  •  5 ice cubes

2.Pina colada smoothie
  •  ½  cup coconut water
  •  ½  cup unsweetened almond milk 
  •  ½ pineapple
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (more or less)
  • 1 tsp honey

3.Green smoothie
( on another post i´ll show you a how to green smoothie so you can mix the ingredients you want)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 apple cored 
  • 1 small cucumber
  • Fresh juice of 1 lime 
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey
4. Green orange smoothie
  • Pack of spinach
  • Half a cup orange juice (natural)
  • Ice

5.Blueberry avocado smoothie 
  • Blueberry
  • Avocado
  • Banana
  • Spinach
  • Water 
  • Ice 
Well thats it , this are a few of my favorite ones , the best smoothie recipe site is yummly (in my opinion) it has plenty of recipes with the nutritional information.
