Pantogar: Rapunzel project April/May/June

Hello!



Today i decided to let you guys know that as part of April/May/June rapunzel´s project i´ll be taking a supplement called pantogar (or pantovigar) that is very known in Brazil for making the hair really strong , stop shedding and sometimes increasing hair growth. 
I´ll be posting pictures every month  to compare the results .The dosage that i´ll be taking will be the recommended one by the brand, 1 pill with every meal (3 pills a day) during three months which is supposed to be the minimal time for seeing results.

The price of this product is not very friendly i payed about 60 USD for the box that lasts a month but i´m pretty sure you can find it cheaper on Amazon or something, some brazilian girls take a manipulated formula that is like half the price but i wouldn´t recommend it, i rather keep it safe.

I know you probably would want to know more about this product but I´m not gonna get really technical with the info of this supplement  because i would just do some copy+paste from the site so if you wanna know more you can check here and if you wanna see some results you can google it and you´ll find plenty of them!

Also this supplement was recommended to ME by a doctor so please consult one before using it

Rapunzel project: March

Hi guys!

in case you didn't know this rapunzel projct updates are about my hair growth progress and the products that i used for that purpose , last month i said that i was going to use the crece pelo line which i already reviewed here .

I was supposed to write this update on march 28 but my hair didn't grow , not even a little (i measured it 3 times) that's why i didn't post it but i decided to do it anyway, even if i'ts a bit late ,just for having a true tracing.

I didn't took any pictures this time, the crece pelo line didn't work well for me, i still have alot of product left, maybe i'll try on the future.

On march i'm not using any special product , i'm just doing the capillary cronogram and using a redken shampoo, pretty normal routine. Except for the fact that i changed my diet to healthier one so the march "product" that i'm using is my new diet. 

I'll have the update pretty soon!
