Like i said on instagram today im bringing you a few of my fave smoothie recipes.
a few weeks ago i noticed that i was gaining some weight.. so i decided that is time to get fit and star a healthy life and smoothies are a good way to keep me full troughout the day so let´s get started.
1.Energy smoothie
- 1
banana
- t
tsp cinnamon
- 1
scoop protein powder
- 1
tsp honey
- ¼
cup low fat plainyougurt
- 1
tbsp raisins
- 5
ice cubes
2.Pina colada smoothie
- ½
cup coconut water
- ½
cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ pineapple
- 2 tbsp shredded
coconut (more or less)
- 1
tsp honey
3.Green smoothie
( on another post i´ll show you a how to green
smoothie so you can mix the ingredients you want)
- 1
handful of spinach
- 1
apple cored
- 1
small cucumber
- Fresh
juice of 1 lime
- 1
cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
4. Green orange smoothie
- Pack
of spinach
- Half a cup orange
juice (natural)
- Ice
5.Blueberry avocado smoothie
- Blueberry
- Avocado
- Banana
- Spinach
- Water
- Ice
